Delivery Models

Consultative
We consult with our clients, identify gaps in People, Process and Technology and deliver strategic and tactical services based on our People Solution Framework. Payment is based on either a project, team, retainer, hourly, equity or a combination of these things.
Contingent
This model utilizes the PhillyTech People Solution Framework to identify, find and onboard a full-time or consultative candidate to your organization. Payment is either based on the 1st year base salary of the candidate, equity or a combination of these things.
Retained
This model utilizes the PhillyTech People Solution Framework and is a blend of the Consultative and Contingent Delivery Models. It gives you a dedicated Recruiter as well as strategic direction, delivery and oversight. Payment is based on either a project, retainer, hourly or equity basis.
Recruit
This model utilizes the PhillyTech People Solution Framework and is focused on delivering you 15-25 resumes for each position.Payment is based on a monthly fee and the minimum is 3 months.

Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – Many of our clients don’t realize that they can have an industry leading ATS, with database, CRM tracking, job requirement creation and posting capabilities for no cost.
Job Requirement & Link – Writing a GREAT job requirement is an art and science. We blend our skills in PR, marketing, sales, technical and creative writing to distinguish your job requirement and link from all other jobs similar to yours.
Social Selling – Clients and the industry need to understand the power of having a GREAT web link for their job requirement. We post your job to all the major job boards just like everyone else, but then we take things 10X further by hypertargeting candidates, marketing your position through LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and targeting communities where candidates are located.
Onboarding – We evaluate resumes submitted to the ATS, screen candidates and walk them through your process for interviewing.
Hire – We work with our client and the candidate to help negotiate the candidate’s salary so the client and candidate are very happy.
