Recruiting Process, Software and Service Areas

  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – PhillyTech has the ability to set-up and manage a full-featured enterprise version of a leading Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for no additional cost and / or work with your in house ATS to centralize all recruiting processes and activities.
  • Writing Job Requirements – PhillyTech will work with the client to write detailed job requirements for any positions on the ATS using our proprietary writing model to attract talent. 
  • Approval of Job Requirements – PhillyTech will work with the client to review, update and approve the job requirement as well as help the client build a profile of the candidate, candidate salaries and benefits.
  • Database Segmentation of Candidates – PhillyTech will build a robust database of candidates positions that will be focused on for recruiting campaigns.
  • Recruiting Campaigns – PhillyTech will build and execute hyper-targeted recruiting campaigns to onboard candidates into any positions using the approved job requirement and custom messaging.
  • Candidate Resume Screening – PhillyTech will screen candidate resumes within ATS.
  • Candidate Technical Phone Interview – PhillyTech will perform a technical phone screen and interview any candidates.
  • Candidate Submission to Client – PhillyTech will send any candidates to client for review and feedback.
  • Interview and Hiring Optimization – PhillyTech will organize any interviews and follow the client interviewing and hiring process, with goals to optimize interviewing and hiring processes.
  • Posting Job Requirement to Job Boards – PhillyTech will post the position to 20+ job boards including Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn and SimplyHired.
  • Job Requirement Marketing – PhillyTech will market the position within our 16,000 1st connection LinkedIn network, LinkedIn Groups, Facebook, Facebook Groups, Twitter, Meetup groups, Slack groups and other focused tech communities.

Retained Search Terms 

  • PhillyTech will guarantee the hiring of people for the client and set up terms and commercials based on a conservative duration of time to recruit, onboard and hire people.
  • If any person leaves the client for any reason within 3 months of start date, PhillyTech will backfill this person for no additional cost.
  • Total budget for PhillyTech Outsourced Recruiting Service is based on % of the salaried budget of full-time hires and is considerably lower than the industry average.
  • Monthly payments and payments based on new hires.
  • Reasonable payment terms.
  • 30 day cancelation terms.

Contingency Search

  • If any person leaves the client for any reason within 3 months of start date, PhillyTech will backfill this person for no additional cost.
  • Total budget is based on % of the salaried budget of full-time hires.
  • Payment is based on making a hire.

Hourly Consultants

PhillyTech provides our clients hourly or part-time consultants in the four focused areas below where we have already on-boarded a virtual bench of PhillyTech approved contractors. These consultants are compensated by PhillyTech and are employed by PhillyTech. The client pays PhillyTech an hourly rate to utilize these consultants on either a full-time or part-time basis.
